  • Free installation and customization of standard Moodle, including up to 3 third-party blocks, modules, or other modifications.
  • Free Moodle software upgrades: CVS updates to address any security-related concerns are automatically installed. Any major (e.g., 2.1 to 2.2) or minor point release (e.g., 1.9.1 to 1.9.5) upgrade can be requested by submitting a technical support ticket. This allows us to coordinate with your staff in order to minimize any disruption of your Moodle site.

Data Security Services:

  • Daily back-up to a the local device to allow restoration of previous day’s Moodle site configuration.
  • Weekly back-up to the local device to allow restoration of Moodle site configuration from the previous week.
  • Offsite backup replication can be added for an additional fee.

Value-Added Services:

  • Control Panel and FTP access available upon request.
  • Moodle documentation assistance.
